Understanding the importance of getting married abroad and the stress that this might generate and setting a new standard of excellence, Cyprus Dream Weddings is one of the few wedding planners in Cyprus which is fully register and bonded with the Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) and the Association of Cyprus Travel Agents (ACTA, the equivalent of ABTA in the UK) ensuring you that your wedding with us is fully guarantee and safe. It is very important to know what security you get before you go ahead and book your wedding in Cyprus.

We live here, we know all the venues intimately, and we will give you all the advice and guidance you will need to make your decision.We operate from our own offices in the heart of the tourist area in Paphos Cyprus and not a back room at home. We are a company with a team of competent experienced and professional wedding planners and not just one man band.
 
Meet Us in Person

Although we are based in Cyprus we understand the need for meeting us in person and therefore every year, we exhibit at the major UK National Wedding Show in London and you are more than welcome to visit our exhibition stand for a non-commitment wedding consultation or just to put a face to the name. Furthermore we work alongside with some of the most respected UK based wedding planners and we can organize to meet them. Finally more and more couples do take those ‘inspection visits’ and do come over for a short trip not only to meet us but also get the opportunity to see the venues and discuss your wedding plans in more detail.  We can organize your accommodation for your short visit, meet you here in Cyprus and show you around all the venues and options for your big day from the wedding ceremony venue to the reception venue.  Unlike most wedding planners, we do not charge a fee for this service.

Whether you prefer an intimate civil gathering, a traditional church service in a stunning chapel or the sheer opulence of a wedding at a luxury hotel, we have the expertise and experience to meet all of your requirements. 

 

From the moment you visit our website featuring the best wedding locations Cyprus can offer, to speaking to our experienced wedding planners and deciding on the right venue for yourselves, to the lead up to your special day you will be assigned your own personal wedding coordinator. Your personal wedding coordinator will be your one contact, booking your wedding date and confirming the exact date and time for you, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, paperwork and certificates and ensuring all documentation complies with local authority regulations.

Once you are in Cyprus, your personal wedding coordinator will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. It’s called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day.

• Providing you a fully experienced wedding team with extensive knowledge of all the legal requirements involved in getting married in Cyprus;

• Giving you peace of mind by being registered and bonded with the Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) and Association of Cyprus Travel Agents ACTA (the equivalent of ABTA in the UK) 

 
Leading Up to Your Special Day

It’s your big day so we are welcoming you to really get involved. Planning your wedding is a procedure that will involve frequent correspondence, speaking to you regularly on Skype or phone and going through all the arrangements and services  involved in your special day. From choosing your flowers and colour theme for your wedding day to deciding on the style of your wedding cake and entertainment.  All of this will be discussed with you thoroughly and in depth.

You can have your big day booked and confirmed with a small deposit and providing you with a flexible and agreed staged payment plan by which you can pay your wedding package and services in several payments over time until your wedding, with your final payment made just a couple of months before your wedding when you know your final confirmed number of guests.

We will provide you with a frequently asked questions list to make sure that all of your questions are answered at any stage of the planning process.

We have been operating for many years and our aim is to constantly get better.
